Reserved a full-size truck or SUV, vehicle was switched out for a "Crossover SUV", which did not meet my needs. Was informed of this after I had arrived at the airport. Hertz rep said there were no options, yet there were Hertz trucks in the rental lot. They did not compensate price completely.

Okay the car was not clean properly and also I noticed some issues. Bad smell and was showing some warning on front bumper sensors. Looks like it needed front end alignment even the steering wheel was crooked. My options thy need to put more attention to the vehicles THANKS

I rented a car thru Kayak from Hertz. I picked it up in Midland, TX. The agent, Stasha, was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions, delivered quick service and made me feel valued as a customer. I would gladly rent here again!
