I like the rate. However when I got to the location to pick up the car they didn’t have what I wanted and only had dirty cars available. The first one I got was dirty and stink and the car had issues. For instance, the car needed air and was pulling. Was sent to three different locations to swap the car out and was told they were sold out or could only get another car that’s not clean that was just dropped off. I had to settle for another dirty car and it has mechanical issues as well. Customer service was no help either. They couldn’t help resolve any issues I had nor did they seem to care their company was renting out poor quality vehicles.
Brand new car that got amazing gas mileage. Emily at the counter when I picked up was very friendly and professional. There seemed to be something odd going on when I checked out, where the system was trying to charge me double, but that seemed to get resolved.

When I arrived in Gulfport and went to the counter to get my car, the person said that not only did, they have no record of my rental (despite me showing a copy of my confirmation number and email).but they also did not have any cars available to rent me. Luckily, William Skipper at Hertz/Dollar right next door came to my rescue and offered me not only a car, but at a comparable rate. The level of indifference and lack of empathy, or willingness to find a solution by the rep at Enterprise was unacceptable. I also tried calling the help phone number listed ib my email and of course got no response to my problem, I will not book through this process again, and will discourage folks that I know to follow suit.

After several calls to Enterprise, never speaking to the same person twice, I received as many incorrect information responses as number of calls made. My flight was late and I was incorrectly assured their personal would wait at the airport for my pick up. This was not true. Another agent indicted that I would indeed be reimbursed for a Lyft ride I needed to take the next morning back to the airport to pick up my car. This also was not true. The agent that took care of me the next morning was efficient and provided the correct information but also indicated that all the other information I was given should not have been given.
I would suggest that Enterprise to a better job training their personnel so that inquiries are answered more consistently and more importantly correctly. Not so sure I will use Enterprise again!
