No email to advise me before I left my destination for Marion ill. Kayak needs to survey the companies it seals with for credibility. Picking up the car was no problem. The car was clean and in good shape. The Hertz desk is right near the gate. Very convenient. The only issue I had was returning the car on Sunday. I had an early flight out of Marion on Sunday morning. The Hertz office wasn't open then. To return the car, they had me complete the form and put it in the drop box. That wasn't a problem. The annoyance was there weren't any places in the Hertz lot to park my returned vehicle. Otherwise, no problems. They did charge me extra for a Monday return, even though I returned it on Sunday.
