Staff was friendly, but the car was not ready at the reserved pick up time. I waited for an hour and a half for them to look up my reservation & clean my vehicle. They even called the previous day to confirm my 2 o’clock reservation, which I’d made a month before, but I could not drive off the lot until 3:45. I even heard one employee tell another they weren’t super busy that day, but they “were steady all day.” Every time I’ve picked up a vehicle from Enterprise at a non-airport location, it’s never been ready when it’s supposed to be. It is clear that Enterprise’s business model is to overbook & understaff. They offered me a pathetic 15% off on a future rental when I returned the vehicle. I am extremely unimpressed with Enterprise.
