You rent a car at a great price and then when picking it up they want 3 times that amount in insurance or you do not get the car. Kayak should not work with providers like that. I asked for my money back 2 weeks ago but have not yet received an answer.
Terrible service over all. they had me and my family waiting an hour 1/2 at 5:30am in the morning before the guy actually showed up no one to pick up in the morning I had to grab a cab…. The guy overcharged me on insurance for the car and when I came back with a flat he wanted to charge me $160.00 dollars for a tire cause he said it wasn’t covered under the extra insurance he sold me …. I ended up giving him $50.00 under the table I guess because he refuse to give me receipt …. Also when I went to turn in the vehicle I had to wait an hour for the guy to shop up and check us out ….. I would definitely pay the extra money and just go with Avis , enterprise , hertz,….. any of the big company’s ooooh yeah almost forgot the car they gave had a busted windshield no hubcaps it was just terrible it was a 2018 Jetta cmon man we’re in 2021 you guys can do better than an old busted down car at a premium price “STAY AWAY” !!!!!!!!!!!
It would have been a pretty good rental if the car hadn't had an ant infestation.
Only 1 worker that was doing everything. When we arrived to drop off the car the office was closed it was a mess. Office dirty dar from the airport poor service
