I had made a reservation well in advanced with a credit card and by a unknown reason they were all out of cars when I showed up to the airport, however there sister company had cars available obviously at a much higher rate. They do not honor reservations. Several other customers behind us in line were told the identical story. Somewhat defeats the purpose of a reservation. Beware and have a plan "B" ready to go.

Cons:Lo que pueden hacer mejor es decirte el Total desde que reservas tu carro y q la aseguranza q ofrece kayak no es válida y vas a tener q pagar el Doble del total que te dieron al reservar por la aseguranza q tienes q comprar con la compañía
