i rented for a pick up time of 2:00 on a Sunday. With no notification during booking my reservation letting me know that this pick up location closes at 2:00.! So I had to uber back to airport and i had to rent another car from another company and pay another $400. plus $45 Uber charge, because when i rented no where did it tell me that this location closed early on Sunday. I called avis, and they said they could not do anything but charge me to rent another car. I will not use this agency again.

Drop off and pickup times were extremely limited. No after hours drop off so we ended up paying for an extra day rental just to be able to drop off a car during their hours.
