This was an old van that had 62k miles on it and was in need of maintenance. It shimmed and was noise. Not the comfort level I expected from a rental. Also, the service staff was good but under manned. Nobody present when I returned my vehicle.

Our flight into Omaha was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after the Alamo rental counter closed at 1:00 AM but the rental agent that helped us in the garage with pickup and checkout was absolutely FANTASTIC! He couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.
