Everything was excellent! Their customer service is amazing! I would just like a bit more info on where to go right from the moment you make the reservation cause I was waiting for a bit until it occurred to me to call ha! However not everyone coming from out of town will have access to call a Guatemalan phone number. THANK YOU for a great experience!

When I arrive to Alamo they had one car which I was the one I reserve but the guy in charge told me that they didn’t have any more cars and he didn’t know if they were gonna get more so I never got the car 10 minute later 4 guys shows up to rent the car I had reserve I believe they rent the car for higher price because it was Semana Santa en guate and I told the guy I was gonna put a report when I get lo los Ángel from Guatemala and he told me to go ahead that it i did the reservations in la not Guatemala very bad experience
