Jeep car rentals in Naperville

I had given flight number and my car was reserved at the wrong airport. I called Alamo and they told me I was out of luck. So I got gauged by Avis

Easy to Order but the 1/2 hr wait for counter staff to work without internet was a pain. Staff were doing their best at the time. Just lucky it was a sunday

Fox rental car: no signs saying europcar in the building at all. The wait was 45 mins then when I got to the agent she told me I was priority because I booked through europcar however there were no signs at all saying that. Car was fine

Very good service the car was ready and waiting for me.

The car had a lot of miles on it and was quite worn and a little soiled inside. Would have preferred a better standard for the $ paid.

Was charged for fuel (3 gallons) when I returned the car topped off. Completely unsatisfactory!

Got charged for key, full tank of gas and towing inspite of dropping the car with the key and full tank at the car rental drop off.

I booked a vehicle on kayak, but when I went to pick up the vehicle they had a bunch of policies and fees that were not disclosed on the site. Because of this I did not take the rental despite driving almost an hour across the city to pick it up. And their staff were quite rude about it! A waste of money and time!

The shuttle pickup service is a joke - waited 20 minutes after being told shuttle ran continuously. Staff were amazingly indifferent. Ridiculous rule about producing proof of liability insurance (although this has been communicated in advance). Cajoled into adding (unnecessary) Itoll gadget fo $14.

Yes routes is not in the terminal and yes you will need a shuttle but if you are just renting a car ( as I was and not flying in) what a great deal. Great selection, great prices and great service. Shout out to Aman and her customer care . I highly recommend Routes

I wanted to use Enterprise's renter pickup service. Even though I called in ahead of time to request a pickup at a train station (less than five miles from the office), my request was not noted on my reservation. I had to wait 45 minutes for a pickup after repeated calls to the local office which unfortunately had to go through the national reservation office. I was then told to return my rental to another affiliated office which was closer to the train station since I needed a ride. Again the request was not noted on my reservation by the pickup office. And it was not noted by the second office, which I called the day before my drop off to confirm that everything was okay. The employee who handled my actual rental drop off was great and managed to get my ride to the train station (a half mile away) done. But again there was about a half hour wait. I don't know why they ignored my requests. There has to be a better way to reserve the ride service for customers who request it.
