SUV Rentals in Naperville, Illinois

I wanted to use Enterprise's renter pickup service. Even though I called in ahead of time to request a pickup at a train station (less than five miles from the office), my request was not noted on my reservation. I had to wait 45 minutes for a pickup after repeated calls to the local office which unfortunately had to go through the national reservation office. I was then told to return my rental to another affiliated office which was closer to the train station since I needed a ride. Again the request was not noted on my reservation by the pickup office. And it was not noted by the second office, which I called the day before my drop off to confirm that everything was okay. The employee who handled my actual rental drop off was great and managed to get my ride to the train station (a half mile away) done. But again there was about a half hour wait. I don't know why they ignored my requests. There has to be a better way to reserve the ride service for customers who request it.

I wasn’t able to pick up my car because they weren’t open on the weekends. Had to instead Uber to my destination.
