I reserved a car for next day online. I arrived at location and they told me a car was not available for rental. Sorry. I was stuck for 2 hours till I finally found another car rental at competitor. Never again rent at Herts.

I liked the friendly staff at Mobile. I received my receipt 30-40mins after I returned my car. The inside of the car was not cleaned. Not clean meaning, not vacuum or wipe down.

Kayak sucks . . .this was supposed to be at the airport. It was a 20 minute lift ride back and fourth to the rental agency. The way i see it. You people owe me $60 in Lyft rides.

I was not told that I could not pay for the rental on a debit card. This rental was to pick up my children in Atlanta. Dollar refused to allow the transaction to go through forcing me to rent at the last second from another vendor at a much higher price.

Staff was courteous and quick to facilitate the rental. Pick-up and drop-off were very easy.

Avis claims to "feature a 100% smoke-free fleet" but they seem to have missed at least one vehicle. The smoke odor was terrible in our rental and made any car trip over our vacation week rather unpleasant.
