|Jun 2023Bait and switch on the vehicle. Then, charged me triple the quoted rate for a van that was old and smelly. Never using Sixt again.

|Jun 2023The entire process was very quick and the customer service was awesome. We had to extend the rental and with a quick phone call it was done! The fact that it is conveniently located near the airport was great. I loved how a shuttle just takes you to Sixt! Thank you! We will recommend Sixt to family and friends!

|Jan 2026Bait and switch. Go with ANY other car rental service. Hertz will make you believe you have a car waiting for you then not have any available when you land. Then they will be more than happy to direct you to their partner companies Dollar and Thrifty to rent you a car at 5x the original quoted price you thought you had before you left for your trip. Don't know how else to say it. Just an absolute awful experience. This will be the one that makes me never use Hertz again.

|Aug 2023Wait times were long to pick up, really easy drop off

|Feb 2023Truck wasn’t cared for and seems far older than it is. Didn’t have windshield washer fluid in it which suggests routine maintenance is skipped. Also had to wait forever to pick it up.

|Dec 2022Took two hours to get a rental car…their system for assigning cars and arranging insurance was slower than any other rental car company we have used.

|Jul 2022Need to clean their cars a bit better as inside of windshield was filthy. But they did upgrade me at no extra cost which was nice!

|Jul 2023Not enough employees to check you in. Once checked in, it took 30 mins to get my car. The lot was filled with cars with the same model, but they said my car was being washed. How can they check me in and assign me a car when it wasn’t ready? At one point, the line of people waiting to pick up their car was longer than those waiting to check in.

|Apr 2023The car was ok, however, it smelled like it was wet inside. The pick up process was a real nightmare. It took almost 2 hours. Budget is completely unprepared and under staffed. It's a shame. Never again

|Mar 2023A terrible experience across the board. Over an hour wait to get the car at a site that was clearly disorganized and not service-oriented. I tried 5 times to extend my rental (3 different calls, and 2 visits to the site) and no one answered as able to explain the rate doubling despite being able to book a new reservation at more than half the rate less. Made no sense and not only could people not explain why, no one seemed to care to resolve the matter. Horrible experience that didn’t seem hard to get right. Never again.

|Feb 2023The check in process is very slow. Once we checked in and signed papers, they had us wait outside for our car, it “wouldn’t be long”. It took two hours. A dozen people standing around in the heat not understanding why the delay was occurring.

|Mar 2022Friendly staff and efficient pick-up and drop-off. The vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned with sand on the seats and floors, a deteriorated rear wiper blade and smearing on the inside of the windshield.

|Jan 2022The car was available and worked great the whole trip. However, it took a very long time to check in, find a car and leave when we picked up. I was not picky at all. The car they decided to give me changed 3 times before I could leave. Then it turned out that the person who sent me off with the car didn’t complete the paperwork properly, so I had to wait in the office for someone to fix it and print me a receipt. Not the end of the world, but not the smoothest experience I’ve had, by far.

|Jan 2023The van was comfortable for a family of 5. Checkin and drop off were relatively smooth. Unfortunately the vehicle was not completely clean when we picked it up. Despite their promise to clean out all the pockets and cup holders, there was a whole stash of trash in the one compartment. Otherwise a decent experience.

|Jan 2023Our rental had a low pressure warning after the first 5 days. No documentation in car on how to clear it after adding air and finding pressures were good. Returned to Enterprise and they gave us a replacement in roughly 5 minutes, let us pick our replacement, no charge for 3/4 tank of fuel.

|Sep 2022Only confusion was at pickup. Waited for1/2 hour for my turn. Apparently I was supposed to go offsite and take a cab, adding another 1/2 hour. Everything else was great.

|May 2022They canceled my reservation so I went with Dollar for a great experience

|May 2022The pick up location was away from the airport and we had to take a cab who ripped us off to get there. But the agent there (Jeff) was very nice and accommodating, upgraded us to a brand new SUV and let us drop the car at the airport for no additional fee. All in all a great experience.

|May 2022Airport location was oversold and had to be redirected to an off site location. Both sites were closed by 5pm and I had to wait until the following morning to pick up.

|Mar 2022Pick up process was horrible. After we arrived, we found out that Avis closes at 5 so Budget handles cars for both. 2 agents and at least 30 people picking up cars-it was a 2 hour process. Agents were pleasant just so short staffed. Drop off was fine. Car was fine, too, if on the small side.

|Mar 2022The car had a lot of miles. It was quite dirty inside. The outside had lots of dings. It rattled over every bump, no matter how small. The price was outrageous.

|Dec 2021Easy in and out. Friendly. Close to terminal. Loved the KIA!
