Good service, good car, fair price.

This Alamo and the enterprise both need new leadership and employees. I’ve been dealing with a problem with them for over 6 months and no one is fixing it.

I have rented with Enterprise before and chose Alamo (not knowing they were together). Bad experience with Enterprise last time even though I have been a customer for many many years. When I picked up the car, nobody was there. I waited 15-20 mins. I was told where the car was, which was a good walk, and walked to the car myself and drove away. No inspection of the vehicle. The rental we received was too small even though we rented a Full SUV, 7 passenger-they gave us a Nissan Armada, which was a little dirty, had the new sticker still on part of the roof which we figured out because of the noise it was making. We lost the radio/navigation for awhile, then came back on. We had five of us plus luggage and lets just say the children (16-18) were not very happy. I believe I will be renting from a whole other company when I rent again. Last year when I rented from Enterprise, Plymouth location, they were not very accommodating and the time before that I had to trade that rental in for another one.

The experience was the worst one I ever had. They ran out of cars. I did a favor by taking it a day later so others who were in need could get a car - with the promise I could return after hrs since there was no way I physically could get there since I got the car late. I got there and no after hours drop off was available so after an hr on the phone with no solutions I had to change my flight. Will never use Avis again.

Put the phone number on the key tag for the location of the Avis where the car was picked up.

The best company, i am so happy with the service and the nice car . Thank you So much.

Rented a car online through kayak, where they said there was last minute availability, but I got there the next day and they said there was no car available.

Awful service and rules

Very noisy car. Lots of road noise , motor noise, air flow noise. The personnel were excellent at Falmouth . Could not have been a better rental experience . Problem was noisy car.

Desk was closed at scheduled pick-up time! No help by phone. Got lucky with a car from Avis.

The staff at thr hyannis airport are always so very helpful as always very kind and also very understanding "Hertz rental has always been my rental for the last 5 years, I have tried other car rentals, The worse is "Entrprize. They were very rude and always rushing me to get to the next person in line, "Hertz has always took the time and understanding to make sure my rental was what i wanted and asked questions to help me "Thank you so much for the staff at the hertz rental

The check-in was very easy, the vehicle was clean except for the windshield and the price was great.

The woman called me an hour before I was supposed to pick up the truck and told me that all of the trucks were recalled. We needed a truck because we were bringing our daughter back to college. It was very inconvenient.
