Great staff, easy transactions. 24 hr operations. Make sure you change to domestic terminal. Office is off-site. Driver has to pick you up and drop-off.

Algeretta was very friendly and personable when completing check-in. The entire experience was positive and efficient, and the price of the rental was much better than using a ride app.

It took one hour and fifteen minutes in line to pick up the car. There were two agents and 50 people in line.

I never even received my car, it was a complete disaster and I will never use kayak or Payless again.

Extremely rude staff. Attempted to rent me a wrecked vehicle and when I denied it said it would be a few hours until another of the same class was available. Check in process no one was there. An AVIS employee said to just leave the keys in the car. No inspection, etc. I travel for a living and this is about my 3rd poor experience with Payless. I will pay more money for better service, shorter lines, and kinder staff. Will not be using this company again

The assistants at the counter left early, so we were without a car upon arrival. We had to take a taxi to the house, then arrange a 2nd ride the next day to go back to a Payless location. The assistant at that location refused to give any sort of refund or credit for our missed day or our taxi fare. So we paid for the first day, despite being screwed out of the car for that day, and $50 for a taxi ride. Not professional at all, would NEVER recommend or use this company again.

It’s not at the airport which wasn’t clear when I booked it. Trying to get there with too young kids was difficult

Pick up process too long. Car verification needs to be more straightforward. Basic insurance far way too expensive.

Price didn’t match

No issues, easy to work with.

We had a medical emergency with my ninty one year old mother in law so we had to cancel everything and sixt only gave me back fourty two dollars from my rental which was one hundred and fourty two dollars. I don't think that was fair as we had to put my mother in law in the hospital with lung problems.

The van was filthy. There was lots of trash inside. Stains on the seats. I picked it up in a dark garage and didn’t see all the mess or i would have refused to take it. At my first stop when I saw all the garbage i I was already way down the highway so I just picked up all the disgusting stuff and threw it away. I took lots of pictures. When I turned it in at Daytona the guy at counter didn’t care, said call corporate if have a complaint!!

Wish it was a little cheaper for a short 2 hour drive but overall very satisfied to be able to get great customer service and our rental picked up at 3am. Very thankful for them helping us so late.

Easy pickup and drop off! I love the ease of the rental car terminal! Car was clean and comfortable and size was accurate.

Agent lied about toll requirements, upsold pointless pass to the tune of $56 for 4 days.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the vehicle...it smelled like a cleaning product was trying to hide a smoke smell from cigarettes...I should have checked if any of the other cars available, smelled the same way

We were to pickup a midsize at a satellite Hertz, not the airport. When we got there they had one car left, a Polestar EV, a Volvo product made in China, with 26% charge, and no way to charge it there. We basically had to take it, or we had to come back hours later with no guarantee we'd get a car. The instructions we were given about the EV were minimal. They did not have internet there for us to download the necessary APP to charge the car. We stopped at a Starbucks to get the APP. We then had to find a charging station. We had no experience with this, and went to one, only to find out it's a regular EV charger, and would take about 7 hours to charge the car. We couldn't wait that long. We then found a fast station, which took over 2 hours to charge. Bad way to start the vacation. We got to our destination about 3+ hours later than we should have. The next day we decided we would trade the car in for a gas car, as we didn't want to do the charging routine again. We went to the nearest airport and exchanged, easily, thankfully. That was an hour drive each way. Their lack of cars initially cost us about 6 hours that should not have happened.

I really liked being able to choose which car I wanted in my category. Lines were short and the process of getting and dropping the car was especially efficient.

Quick everything

Had to wait in line quite a while to get the rental. It seems a more streamlined approach could be developed.

Be aware that during holiday weekends, you will probably not get the car you "reserved". They overbook vehicles knowing that they will not have enough of the premium or larger styles for what was booked. Very poor business model nd inventory management when the staff is put into a situation with that will upset people knowing that you will not have the vehicles required for the amount rented. The staff was great and very apologetic and offered anything to make it not as bad but they can't produce a vehicle that the company doesnt provide to their location.

There was not a long line when we arrived. We were checked in quickly and sent right out to the car. Returning the car, we drove right up and just took our belongings and headed on our way. Very easy process arriving and leaving

Awesome mileage. Car ran great. Good value for the money. Make sure you don’t have too much luggage. It’s a small car. If I brought my golf clubs I would’ve been out of luck.
