Mercedes-Benz car rentals in El Paso

No refund for partial return. I am aware of the non-refundable statement for cancellation but this was not a cancellation. It was an early return. I picked up the car on time but needed to early return but neither Kayak nor Hertz would work with me to get a partial return. Therefore, I forfeited over $400. I will never use Kayak nor hertz again.

No issue other than long wait in line to get car. It took over an hour

first ime in toyota corolla over long distance. excellent fuel mileage but ride quality destroyed my back for 2 days after trip

The Toyota Corolla I rented got great gas mileage out on the highway. Bluetooth connected easily, the car was cleaned, smelled clean and was smooth riding. I had 3 large suitcases and a carry on and they fit fine.

over $300 for a 2 day rental is a rip off

Wind shield wipers did not wipe windshield correctly during rain. Also, There was no windshield fluid But otherwise a great experience

Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve had renting a car in 25+ years of renting cars! First they call less than 24hrs from pick up and stated no they can’t support my request but I can call other enterprise rentals in El Paso if they can support they can transfer my request. After asking to speak with the manager and told they are at lunch I asked for the regional managers info and was denied. 40 mins later of arguing they stated that they would see if a manager was in then mysteriously they came up with a large SUV like the original request. When we went to pick up the vehicle is was disgusting inside. We told them and they stated well we can clean it if you want to wait around. Next I had to argue about the small crack in the windshield so I wouldn’t get charged. The only thing that really went ok was the turn in of the vehicle and the fact they didn’t come up with something to charge me with.

Customer service was horrible did not care about the customer at all

Rental location in airport hard to find, as there is no actual staffed Dollar desk. Signage of where to go / what to do is poor at best. However after finally getting car, car drove good. BUT, upon pickup, windshield washer "low" fluid warning light immediately kept flashing as soon as started up upon getting. Person in rental area said should reset, but never did. Had to get at my own expense after on the road, windshield washer fluid to refill after I myself checked level, as it was indeed low --- EMPTY. What's worse, is that when returned the car yesterday, told the person checking the car in about the problem and expense, and the check-in person didn't care and offered no relief.

I love the service from Josue. He knows his job very well. He was very courteous, respectful and responded all my questions. I really like him. He is a great person. Overall, I was very happy with the service from him

They canceled my reservation because they were short on cars.
