|Dec 2024Very Dissapointing, they have different price the one in the website and the one in the counter, they said they dont have the car that i reserved, so they change another car similar with extra fee, and end up almost double price. This is totally scam! I need to wait 1 and half hour to see the counter. The car was so dirty, looks like they just recevied from another customer, and give it to another customer without cleaning it!

|May 2024Though I returned the car on time, I received a text to return the call 3 days afterwards and then I had to call customer care multiple times.

|May 2023The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.

|Apr 2023Con: Check in process was very slow; long line and only 3 employees. Car was uncomfortable to drive - not a good pick for a short person. Pro: Staff member I worked with was able to answer my questions effectively.

|Apr 2023Completely unaware of a 80.00 charge for returning a rental car early. The truck smelled like a wet dog inside and was so dirty. I will not ever return to this place again.

|Apr 2022This is for all car rental places in general.... The car rental industry still lacks the business approach to move people through quickly and efficiently. I know there are some programs for frequent users, but for the rest of us, it takes a long time to rent a car. There needs to be new and improved operations to move general travelers through with efficiency. The airports can do it, car rental companies should be able to as well.

|Aug 2024horrible. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone. Kayak says its at the airport but it's 10-15 car ride away NOT where all the other rental cars are. I had to UBER to the rental pickup, and then upon return, they drove me (in my rental car) to the rental car shuttle, which i then had to take to the airport. Complete fraud of a rental car company.

|Sep 2023I did NOT rent a car that was off site! The listing clearly said “In Terminal” while others said “Shuttle.” I chose it specifically for that reason. Then when I got to the Avis counter they had no reservation for me and I ended up having to spend $147/day for a last minute rental. I never received an email from Kayak with my reservation either. I am disputing the charge. I have been pleased with Kayak before and used them many times but this was not a good experience at all and I feel very ripped off.

|May 2023102k + miles on a van ridden hard and put away wet. Rough. Office staff was very friendly.

|Apr 2023Customer service almost did not exist. As I was ready to go pick up my Van they told me they don’t have it available. No alternative was offered. I was left with nothing still fighting for my refund

|Apr 2023Airport Van Rental is NOT located at the DFW rental car center as you will be lead to believe! It is not obvious anywhere. You cannot take the rental car shuttle to get to them. You must call them and arrange for a pickup that takes forever. When returning vehicle after hours, we were instructed to just park their car at the rental car center and to leave key behind fuel door. The rental car center has listed everywhere that parking is limited to 2 hours or the vehicle will get towed, so this method of return just seems sketchy. Van was older than what you would expect from a rental, with 98,000 miles on it. Staff are very friendly. Overall, the hassle was not worth the few dollars saved.

|Jan 2023At first we were going to ger a van that wasn’t even cleaned. As we proceeded my total wasn’t matching her break down and then we get told we can’t use tolls?

|Jul 2025Stay away from Nikki Wilson at the pick up counter. She may curse at you as you walk away if you have the audacity to ask questions about how to pick up your car. Her exact words as I was walking away: "I always have to repeat myself to these mother****ing customers." What a gross person.

|Aug 2025I rented with this company because I needed a car for 1 week and the rated SEEMED cheaper than the national known agencies. But after the added on daily toll cost, it was more than your competitors and the procedure of waiting for your shuttle to take me to the car pickup destination 10 minutes away was inconvenient. Also, unlike your competitors, when I returned the car 1 day early, they would not give me any credit. Your competitors do. And the car was dirty upon pickup. It was not a good experience. I will not use this company again.

|Aug 2025The pick van pick up was inconvenient in that the front desk stated the van was white when it was actually grey and not clearly marked. So we missed the pick up and waited 45 mins for the next one. The office was much farther way than expected and not near the airport. The office was smoke filled and unpleasant. The person was nice but uninformed. She seemed to want to push additional fees on me. The office did not open until 8:00A and with an 8:30A flight, the drop off did noto accomodate for early flights. Just a poor overall experience. The next time, I will rent directly from the car company.

|Jun 2024I never got to rent the car because they closed at 6:00 and my flight didn't land until after 6:00 I did not know that they were not open beyond that time

|Feb 2024Awful! Just awful! Too far from the airport behind a gun range. Dirty office up stairs. Rude workers.
