Please kindly let us know before your arrival, if you need separate blankets, as this is possible upon request. The apartment has two bathrooms. One with bath and other with shower and sauna. Guest access Apartment has the best location and view in the heart of Old Town - just on Town Hall square. The recently renovated house has an elevator, which makes this 4th floor apartment easy to access. WiFi access across the rooms is included in the service. Other things to note -A refundable security deposit of 200€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 24 hours after check-out if there are no damages. Due to cleaning hours, check-in starts from 16:00, check-out is at 12:00. Should you arrive earlier than 16:00, you may leave your luggage to our secure luggage room in 75m distance. Just let us know your arrival time, so that we could notify you in case the apartment gets ready sooner for check-in. Parking is subject to availability upon previous request in a nearby closed courtyard for an extra fee. Out of respect to the house rules, please note the following: Unfortunately, no reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated. Neighbors should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00. Smoking and having pets in the apartment are not allowed. Social gatherings after day time are not allowed. If the house rules are violated, then we have the right to request that you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 50 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying. Key information will be provided 5 days before your arrival. If keys are not returned, we have the right to fine you 40 euros per key set. Please note, if you wish, on the day of your arrival, to have separate blankets, linens and extra towels, we can arrange this for 15 euros. Kindly let us know.
