The cleaning and maintenance people were very helpful and very nice people. I think they are underpaid for what they do at this hotel. They should be running the place. They have great customer service. The short lady with long hair at front desk was a mean lady. Very unprofessional. She has no customer service ethics whatsoever. She was very rude to customers including myself. She complained I was drinking to much coffee. Told me I was wasting coffee cups that she had to fill. I only used one cup and had 2 cups of coffee. She was very rude. Honestly I think she needs to retire. She runs the guests off. I own a business and if I had an employee who treated customers like she does she wouldn't work for me with her terrible attitude towards customers. She treats them like they are an inconvenience. Not realizing the customer is the reason she has a job. She said wouldn't tell us her name because every time she tells her name she gets a bad review and wrote up for it. Well Honestly she deserves it. She isn't willing to change her ways then she needs to find another job that she doesn't deal with public.
