Pros:Comfy bed, amazing views (falls view room), staff were mostly friendly, particularly pool staff, cleaners and porters who we encountered.

Cons:No gown in the room, towels were quite small. It felt like we were always being upsold something, even on our TV in the room. We didn't expect to have to pay $50 for parking for one night. That was ridiculous.
