In the heart of downtown Nancy, the Best Western Plus Crystal Hotel & Spa, Nancy, France, is the city's first hotel spa and the first to crown itself with a rooftop bar looking out over the rooftops; its interior draws on the decorative arts for which Nancy is famous: Art Deco and Art Nouveau.
