When booking hotels in Grand Est, you’ll see the region has a lot to offer its visitors when it comes to the arts. The city of Troyes in the south-west part of the region is well known for its 16th-century gothic architecture and the historic capital of Champagne, the city’s center being shaped like a champagne cork. Should you want to check out Grand Est hotels, then a great place to stay in Troyes is Le Clos Saint Nizier, which is in a building in keeping with its 16th-century surroundings. Epernay is a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll find the prestigious champagne houses of Moet & Chandon, Perrier-Jouet and Mercier. For art galleries to wander around, look no further than Museum of Fine Arts in Nancy, which houses famous pieces by the likes of Picasso, Monet, Caravaggio and Rubens, amongst many others.
