The unit is a 4 minute walk through the beautiful made Luau river and pool area to the white sand beaches of Destin! Partial views of the ocean from your balcony, however no view of the beach. You will have a private beach reserved ONLY for resort guests, which is the quick walk. Also, a free 10 minute tram ride away from the attractions, dining, and nightlife at Baytowne Wharf Harbor. NOTE: July & August 2025 - Our entire building is undergoing restoration of the exterior walls paint and balconies. Our unit's balcony will remain off limits until August 31st, however the SunDeck is still open and available for use. October 2025 Review: "This condo was great. It was very clean and offered plenty of amenities. It provides nice views of the Gulf. The bed is extremely comfortable with an ample amount of pillows.
