The country-style Gasthof Neuwirt with its own farm occupies a historic building in quiet surroundings 13 km south of Innsbruck. Free guided snowshoeing tours are provided twice a week. The Patscherkofl Ski Resort is 5 km away and is easily reachable by a free ski bus, which stops right in front of the building. Hiking and biking trails start about 500 metres from the property and the Lanzer See lake is 6 km away. The Stubai Glacier is 25 km away. Every Friday morning in summer (July and August) guests can benefit from a free shuttle that will bring them to a nearby pasture for a short hiking tour.
