Easy check in. Nice car. Some companies try to get rid of an old vehicle or one with problems on a 1-way rental. That was not an issue with this vehicle. I have done a fair amount of traveling using rental cars and this went very smoothly.

Vehicle was not ready for pickup, customer service was awful, and ended up in a vehicle smaller than I'd reserved/ paid for. In addition, vehicle had minor service issues and needed attention

My initial reservation was with an Enterprise location in Norfolk, VA. The DAY BEFORE I was to pick up the 15 passenger van, I received a call stating that the van was not available. No other help was offered. When I asked, "Are there are no 15 passenger vans available in all of Enterprise's locations?" The reply was, "That's correct." All the caller kept saying was, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I live in a small town which has no rental car agencies. We have to drive at least an hour one way to rent a vehicle. I found a 15 passenger van for rent at the Enterprise location at the Richmond, VA airport. That's 108 miles (one way) from where I live, but since 8 children were depending on me to take them to summer camp, I booked the van. From that point on, everything went well.

If I made a Reservation at a location why did it get changed and then I was charged a upgrade fee for no reason this was a difficult rental don’t think I’ll come back

Beware, they don't tell you until the last minute that you HAVE to have a credit card, regardless of whether or not your debit card works as a credit card... Pretty shitty experience from other enterprise locations, as had one of my buddies not had a credit card, we would have been stranded.
