Car smelled of smoke, car was dirty when issued.. did not fix. Budget staff automatically applied every fine to us, we had to negotiate and lead them through the fact/logic process of the actual qualifiers for the fees to be dismissed. Several of the staff were not happy to service. The gentleman who checked us in on return did help us fight to remove unfounded automatically applied fees (hundreds of dollars). I wish Budget staff all the best!

After a delayed flight, Thrifty was closed (at 4pm) and a sign said to call the 800# for customer service. We had a reservation for 2 months. Didn’t seem like a big deal because they told me to check the cars outside for our name and the keys would be inside. Well, I checked every single car and they were all locked with no names on the outside. Budget ended up saving the day and gave us their LAST car because they know Thrifty closes early and they see this happen to people all the time. It was pouring rain and we had two small kids with us so this situation really made it difficult and frustrating.

The enterprise location did NOT have any vehicles. It was a horrible situation and my son was late for his official college visit for basketball. We finally had to go back to the airport and rent a car from there. My family couldn’t fit in the car and we had long drives to colleges. This was The WORST car rental experience and we were grossly overcharged considering the continuous inconvenience and lack of professionalism!

The Enterprise desk was closed with a note to see the National desk. The agent was working alone at the desk and there were 4 parties ahead of mein line. She was efficiently handling the myriad requests very professionally throughout the lengthy wait. A customer, not from the airline arrivals, came in during the check in process and rudely demanded her flat tire problem be rectified. I was impressed with the agent’s poise and demeanor. She never lost her patience and I am sure I would have! She is to be commended

Signed up for/ reserved a car size (economy I believe) that they were out of upon arrival. I reserved this car about a month ago. Got a larger car, that I did not need for no extra charge. Problem with this was that the gas mileage was not that good, thus having me pay more money at the gas pump, which we all know is not great these days. Upon return, outside attendant checked me in, said I would get a receipt to my email, but it never came. While in the airport, I went back to the counter a while later, only to listen to the Avis female attendant dropping the “F bomb” to other attendants about something, and I then told her that I had not received a receipt of return. She called the outside attendant and he had not closed my account as he said he would. This ended up causing me to pay more than I should have since I returned the car much earlier than what it was timed out for. Very poor customer service I would say. I would be glad to hear from you thru my email here.

When I arrived to pick up the car I was told that there was an 1 hour wait for a car. Unless I took an EV car which they said was the kayak reservation which is an error in the kayak hertz system as I didn’t reserve an EV car.

No car when we got there.Madge the lady we worked with great but her hands were tied. Waited an hour and a half.Manager drove off when he knew we wanted to speak to him and were flagging him down. On return got yelled at by the lot attendant for coming in the exit and not parking at the gas pump Thought there was only one way in and out. No signs at all. He was just miserable. Learned this was a maintenance yard. Hertz has lost me forever

Car was booked for 7pm . There were no cars available and I had to wait 3 hours to get a car at 10.10 pm. There were also 12 other people in the same situation. Counter staff were very helpful.
