This Hertz counter was not at airport and apparently not even connected to Hertz except by name. Couldn't get taxi or Uber to airport when dropping off on Sunday. Employees not helpful in dropping car at airport.

No transportation to off-site rental at Santa Fe Airport. Be prepared for a $40-50 Lyft or Uber cost. Agents can be out of office when you arrive. Be prepared to wait.

The Avis people that we met were great. If you have not been to the Santa Fe airport you would have trouble understanding. The airport is not small. It is tiny. We arrived at night and the parking lot is barely lit. It took a few minutes, but we did find our car. When we returned the car, it was in the daylight. There were not many Avis spaces, so we parked in an unmarked spot. However, an Avis agent found us quickly and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. So, the controllable things were great. Those out of the staff control were ok.

I CALLED SANTA FE ENTERPRISE OFFICE THE DAY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, AS OUR FLIGHT WAS RESCHEDULED BY THE AIRLINE AND WE WOULD NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 6 PM. THEY SAID THEY CLOSED AT 5 PM AND I COULD GET THE VEHICLE THE NEXT MORNING. HOWEVER, I HAD RESERVED A SUBURBAN AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. THEY OFFERED ME TWO OTHER SUV'S BUT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ENOUGH LUGGAGE SPACE FOR OUR FAMILY'S TRIP. I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION AND WAS ABLE TO GET A TRANSIT VAN THROUGH TURO FOR LESS THAN THE ENTERPRISE OFFER. SUFFICE IT TO SAY, I WILL NEVER CONSIDER A RENTAL AGENCY THAT IS NOT ON THE AIRPORT GROUNDS, AND IS NOT AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY. YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER ONLY OFFERING RENTAL AGENCIES THAT CAN FULLY SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING MY FEEDBACK!!!

The manager Mike and his staff, specifically, Isiah were enthusiastic, down-to-earth and upfront about the rental options. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to help were exceptional. They were willing to provide wonderful tips and options for activities beyond the beaten path. Their honesty about the rental options and how Covid has affected the rental market shows they put their customers' concerns first. Thank you!

Car was under 5” of snow that I had to clean myself At pickup. Underneath that car was muddy inside and out. Car was scratched and dinged but I couldn’t see that under all of that snowCar had 40,000 miles on it and clearly needed either a refresh or retirement
