I have never had a worse customer service experience. First the date and time i selected to pick up the rental was apparently after the location closed. So I had to come back much later in the evening as they take a 4 hour break in the day. I rented a Prius and the hybrid motor failed as well as the brakes. I spent over 6 hours on the phone over multiple days trying to get a replacement vehicle. At one point they told me to just leave the keys in the car on the street in Brooklyn and someone would come get it. Finally after all this drama and spending 2 of the 6 days i booked not being able to use the car, I was told that I would receive a refund. I’ve yet to receive the refund and have to call their customer service again for the 11th time now. Unless you have an absolute emergency I can’t think of a reason this company would be worth your time.

Enterprise on state street in Erie, PA . Don’t seem to honor their reservations on many different occasions I reserved a car and when I came to pick it up there was no car waiting for me then there are cars being rented dirty and looks like it’s someone’s personal car and heavy cigar scent. That’s what I had to take. That’s what happens most of the times .
