I specifically wanted a car for pickup and drop at the airport. I had tight connections and did not feel that this was a workable situation. It was sold without refund or recourse. I will NEVER use Kayak again.

The car service closed at 4 pm and there was no warning when we arrived at the airport at night. We had to book a second rental car for the whole trip And it was made clear we would pay for the first regardless. It was very frustrating.

It was not clear upon booking that the car rental was off-site from SFO. The shuttle pickup took a while (~15 minutes) + the drive to the off-site location delayed our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was in great condition.

Not at the airport as mentioned also was closed after waiting 2 hours for a shuttle pick up. We were stranded in the middle of no where. Will never use kayak priceline to book. I should have been informed, no help was provided

We notified them as soon as we knew our flight from Japan was delayed to arrive SFO by more than 6 hours. We did not receive a call back...When we arrived and used the courtesy phone that is supposed to be a direct line to the rental company it was "No longer in service". We had to rent a vehicle from another vendor. They never called us. And we contest the advance payment we made for nothing.

This is terrible company. Canceled my reservation the day I was supposed to arrive in San Francisco from Chicago. Then gave no assistance on getting another rental. Shady company.

Will never book through Kayak again. We got a very old van which had no a/c, had to drive with windows down, felt miserable, was making creaking noises all the time. The rear view mirrors were not working from inside, we had to manually adjust the outside glasses. We had to take an uber to the van rental place which added up costs, they have weird working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. Wasted my money booking through you, a mistake I'll never repeat.
