One way rental from Aspen CO to Bozeman MT. Two day trip. Went awesome. Easy pickup and drop off. And much appreciated being able to upgrade to an all-wheel drive vehicle (nice Bronco Sport) verses 2-wheel drive since I was driving a mountains roads route in January.

Pickup was so fast and easy. None of the high pressure sales tactics to buy stuff you don’t need. The whole interaction took less than 2 minutes and pickup was super easy and convenient. Great place to rent a car in Aspen!

The counter people were excellent. We had a flat tire on our car in Glenwood Springs - so this was an emergency, last minute rental. Very stressful. The guy who helped us was extremely understanding and actually upgraded us to an SUV even though he was short cars that Sunday. That turned out to be so helpful since it snowed 9 inches that night. And when we needed car an extra day they let us have it for same daily rate as original sedan booking. Hertz was only company in Aspen that had any cars that weekend. Loved our experience!!

The rental person added an extra $100 to the reservation over what kayak said it would be. Then told us we needed the 4 wheel drive truck he had and said it would only be $100 more. By the end our rental price doubled what kayak said it would be.

Rude front desk woman! She acted as if she really did not want to be working on new year's day. I left my son's water bottle in the car rental and asked if she could flag it down for me. She declined and asked me to fill out a lost and found report. I would have appreciated if she could have just called the staff to see if they found my 2 year old's water bottle.
