They could try to not fraud with vehicle damages. They tried to incriminate me a scratch on the side of the car. Thank god I took pictures of it. However, I did not photo under the vehicle. So they then tried to incriminate that as well. But since that damage was below the scratch they did not "have in their database" - they could not prove I did it. Also being stuck to pickup time without being able to select it - sucks. I work. How am I supposed to pick the car up and return it at 12 PM?

Car rent costed 36 euro which was mentioned on the website In addition to this they ask maximal insurance of 40 euro (cause I don’t have credit card) and 40 euro for work after 23 pm. I refused to rent it. I’ve been waiting for 40 min in the line to their office for nothing.

so I never got car from YOU ... when I arrived they asked me for different price and to deposit 12.000 Euros ( 15.000 dollars ) for exidentals I already had my insurance ... but they tried to make me buy insurance .... so I hope you are not charging me for car I never received !
