They didn't have a car for us. After an hour they said they couldn't help us. Still fighting to get my money back. They also gave the option of spending $250 for there insurance, or placing a hold on our card for $2000. This place is a racket.

They cancelled my reservation and didn’t have another vehicle so I had to put my family of 5 back on a shuttle to the airport and then take another shuttle to a different rental company to get a van.

This place doesn't accept regular insurance. After running the car and paying for it, they told me they would not accept my USAA car insurance even though when I called USAA they said that I am covered. They told me I needed to pay almost $300 extra dollars to buy their coverage. The car rental was only $120 so I wasn't going to pay $300 more for insurance. I noticed that everybody in line was experiencing the same situation and because they were from out of town they had to live with it. Luckily I just ubered to my dad's house and borrowed his car. Don't run from this place it's a scam.

They need to check the rental car's condition. The one we rented kept showing us to do the oil maintenance all the time, the tire was flat, and the fuel gauge was broken.
