The rental price was raised from a $30 deal to $92 because of the items not included in the original deal description, such as they U-Save needed full collision protection insurance and they also charged $27.50 for returning the vehicle after 6 pm. The car rental offer was not accurately described on the web site. The price tripled from the original offer. That is a misleading information for the customer.
This rental company is a scam. Absolutely nobody in the crowded rental office actually left with a car. This company survives off of credit card fraud. This is not a legitimate company and should not be listed on Kayak. I will stop using Kayak due to this experience.
It was so bad experience there. We were late for our appointment in LA. We told them but they didn’t help us faster
The agency was not open when I arrived 96pm), so I had to make other arrangements that took time and cost me more.
JUST A BAD JOKE. NEVER DO THIS!!!! The Website says a rental car costs 24$... after adding insurance at the car rental store they wanted over 80$ a day for their car!!!! And without telling the whole price they booked the car and withdrew the money from my card!!! It took about 30 minutes to cancel the booking and it costed 30$ in cancellation fee!!
