We were not told to start the battery charge each time we started the car at pickup and there was no physical manual in the glove cimpartment. Eventually, we figured that the manual was online and started the charger BUT, we paid more for gas then we had planned due to this lack of service at pickup. In the car was gas level 6/8 this is also on our paper which they give us when we take the car. And they said we have to return gas level full, so we returned it 8/8. This is about 15€ more. They also charge us 200SEK for premium location, just like that, hidden fee. Never ever with sixt rent a car.
No one on hand for drop off. Left my keys in the drop box. I guess somebody got them.

Not happy with the service and every time they book something for you and when you get there you get something horrible! I had to cancel this reservation. However, a representative from the company called me personally to see if everything was OK. That, in my book, made everything a 10 for this survey. I have rescheduled and I am sure I’ll receive the same professional and courteous treatment.
Pick up and drop off was great, enjoyed the entire experience.

There was an issue with receiving the car. It was a Sunday in Stockholm, Sweden and no one was around except one guy. We were standing there for long time without any help as the guy who was there didn’t know how to speak English and didn’t have any experience. We also called the number that was on the self-service machine a few times no one picked up until like 45 minutes after trying.

The car was clean, but they advertised for a full size SUV, but they gave me a mid size/ crossover. They didn’t want to accept the amount I paid on kayak, so they did everything to make me cancel my reservation with kayak and book again through them so that they can charge me more than twice. They didn’t recognize the insurance I got through kayak, so I had to cancel it and get insurance through them. They also charged me $200.00 more for a gas I didn’t even used. I had never seen anything like this.
Europcar seems to be running a racketeering game claiming previous damages to new renters. I will never ever rent a car from them again and will gladly pay a higher price from Hertz, Sixt and Avis in order to avoid the headache

It is taking too long for my deposit to be refunded. It would have been better to be given the option of manual or automatic car - I an unused to driving an automatic and therefore did not feel as confident as I would have done in a manual

I accidentally showed up at the wrong Europcar location and it was close to closing time. The gentleman working, drove me over to the proper spot a few kilometers away. I'd booked an economy car and received a brand new Audi for the same price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

On the pick up it was a more mark that the front windscreen had a small mark from a stone. I could t find it my self. We drove away but when we dropped off the car they blamed me to cause it.. I informed them where the mark which is in the report. They are saying then one which is mentioned on the report you can not see.. What kind of theft is this?
