Pickup at 9.30 am. Told car delayed, will be in at 12:00 pm. Told at 11.15 car will not be available at all. This was after I reserved car in January for June pick up after guaranteed a few days in advanced. Never would go back to them

Booked via Kayak. Date was confirmed but found out the Hertz Brookfield location was closed on July 4. We had to interrupt our vacation and travel to come back to the Hertz Brookfield office. 45 minutes on the phone to try to rectify the problem. Staff at Brookfield was unprofessional.

Poor management of inventory! Went to pick up car at scheduled pick up time and was informed they did not have a car for me and I was next on the waitlist. I now had to scramble to find another vehicle elsewhere.

They almost cancelled our reservation for showing up late. The car had a missing hub cap or it was a donut/spare tire. This is the second bad experience with Hertz. It was the same location so perhaps that's the problem.
