Not a big deal AT ALL, but the lobby is this really big, almost empty room, and it could almost make someone think the place isn't open. Maybe put something on the walls?

The most putrid car I could imagine paying to rent. Stains everywhere. Food stains. Actual food smears everywhere. Very large stains in the backseat, which could have been urine. The Hertz rep agreed with the possibility. The car smelled revolting--it's no surprise. There were no other cars and I was told I'd have to come back tomorrow if I wanted a cleaner vehicle. I'd booked the rental well in advance and that was impossible. Nightmare.

No. The guy name Tony was awful. I have a case going against Avis I called their customer service because they lied to me I made a reservation I receive text messages and my car was available and that guy Tony told me that they didn't have any cars I arrived 8 a.m. of the day a picking up my car per his request and make sure I'd have a car I got there before the location open up we open he told me he didn't have any cars and call me later on that day that he didn't have any although I had a reservation and I receive text messages at the car was available for me to pick up at his location. I'm in process of filing discrimination charges against that location which was not Lilburn my reservation got transferred to Tucker location reason being I have problems with the attitude of the representatives at the Lilburn location and I had also called about them
