The size car I reserved was not available and I was given a smaller car with no price reduction. The radio didn't work and there was no window washer fluid. Not what I expect from Hertz.

The pick up and drop off was a breeze! But the rental van was a death trap!! The air conditioner didn’t work, the tires were bald, no windshield wiper fluid and the windshield was covered in bird poop! The windshield wipers themselves were very old! And the van leaked in MANY spots!

The car was given to me dirty, with only 3/4 gas in the tank and as soon as I started driving it, the change engine oil soon indicator came on. I also didn't sign anything and wasn't asked if wanted sunpass or any additional insurances.

I was there on time they don’t have any vehicle to give me told me to pickup vehicle from Tampa airport but in the airport they not accepted my reservation. It was a bad experience and I had to reserve another car at airport and they charged more than previous reservation. It was a bad experience. Hopefully I get my $22 payed upfront at the reservation from KAYAK. Thanks,

I was not given the car that I reserved. Instead the attendant switched me to a car that he told me was just dropped off from the East coast of FL where there was an apparent gas shortage. He told me that there was a quarter tank left and that I could return it with the same amount of gas. I got in the car and there was less than 30 miles to empty. The mileage and gas on the paperwork was incorrect, and they were too lazy to go get gas in the car, so they pawned it off on me instead of giving me the rental I reserved. I also wasn't told that the business closes early on Saturday. We told them that we planned to return it by 4pm. They put 2pm on our paperwork and they were already closed by the time we got there. There was no drop box for the keys. We ended up being charged until 9am the next morning instead of giving us the option of getting the car back to them in time on Saturday. I will not be using this company again. The entire process was poorly handled.

The car smelled bad and had lots of stains. It seemed like it had a surface clean done, but it still seemed pretty dirty. It also only had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up so I had to stop and fill it up. I ended up paying more in gas than I would have needed to had the gas tank been full upon pickup.

When a couple lives together and share bills all bills is not going to be in one person name, and when you get direct deposit for pay at work but pay stubs have address from old address from five years ago shouldn’t matter if you been on your job over 10 yrs.
