SUV Rentals in Schiphol, the Netherlands

The rental of the car was very easy, the young lady was very pleasant and explained our options as the car we requested was not available and we were forced to take a more expensive vehicle which was the only setback. The return of the car was quick and easy

Need more information whether I should pay for additional insurance at the counter

Misleading "Register Early To Choose Vehicle Early" emails. Long line @ check-in. Long walk from check-in counter to actually pick up vehicle. Rented Pugeot SUV was a disappointment. No cruise control (!), no intermittent wipers, manual pump to raise/lower seats, poor headlights (need to use high beams), hesitancy upon acceleration from stop.

I booked the car 375$ but they charged me 600€ so price is not what you will see in the kayak website.

You should not charge customers for damage that was not done by them. I was charged 360 Euro for a rim that was already damaged and 18 Euro for gas tank that was 9/10 full. An absolute rip off!!!! Never renting a car from this company again and I will not be recommending this company to anyone either. I want to stay in business you need to be honest, not issue ghost charges to customers. That is not the way to recover your loses for bad a business season last year.

The pick up was kinda chaotic, the vehicle was awesome, the return was very chaotic, vehicles were left on a single lane with nobody around to collect the vehicle or anything. We walked all the way back to the counter when we picked up the vehicle, while we were standing there one older gentleman was cleaning the floor and a younger gentleman was trying to get things going and told us he would be right with us. It took him about 10 minutes to get things going and we handed him the paper work and the keys and asked us if there was anyone down stairs, I told him no except a whole row of vehicles. He handed us the paper work back and kept the key and said you're all good. When we arrived in Dublin I've got an email stating that I left the car and didn't handed over the keys and they couldn't move the vehicle. I emailed them back that I got there at 6:30am nobody was down stairs so I walked upstairs and handed over the key. By the time I got back to Los Angeles I received another email stating nobody had the key and could describe the person I handed the key over to, so far I haven't heard back from them, but to that was a pretty strange experience to say at least.
