We are not satisfied with the rental services. We booked a car in advance and when we had to pick up, there was no available option for paying with debit card but credit only. You should implement different payment options and not limit to credit card!

I planned my trip with rented car, but when I came to pick it up, Alamo personnel just rejected to give me a car without any grounds. The only thing they told me - “We don’t like your credit card”. They did not even try to pay with it. When I started to ask to talk to senior managers - they called the police to get me out of the office. Young woman manager also told me that I make problems for them because of my nationality. That is completely unacceptable. As a result I had to go to the airport to rent a car from Sixt and spent additional 2 hours and paid twice for the airport tariffs

clean and nice car, easy pick up

the key didn't work at one point and we were locked out. had to call customer service to unlock the door. we dropped the car off at 10:30pm, was told to park on the street, had to pay 24 euro(in fact, 48 euro because of parking meter malfunction) for over night parking which was unnecessary and added to overall cost. Other than that, it was a good experience. if there is a way to get the parking reimbursed, that would be super.

The car was actually larger than we had reserved, but the price was still the same. Office people spoke excellent English and there were no issues. The navigation on the MG SUV that we drove was really easy to use and follow.

The car had a chokolate wrapper fell between the seat and thr handbrake from the previous person who rented our car,now.. normaly i wouldnt care but it says premium cleaned or something, now also… i wouldnt even care about that im from Croatia we are easy going people, but if i did this i would probably get chraged or something becouse of the “company policy” or some other general explenation, but non the less the service was great,the car was better then we expected ! and we even got the car a lil bit behind the deadline and we really apreciated that, 10/10 i would recomend the company ! and the service :)
