The car was great, the people were friendly and efficient. I felt there was a little bit of deception involved with me not being able to pick up or drop off at the local airport. They informed me there was a $150 tax in order to do that, I made it work with an Uber ride other than that everything was great

Our vehicle had way to many miles on it, and it showed (44K) lots of bangs and bruises, tires were worn and windows not cleaned on the inside also tire bearings on driver rear were gone. Check in/out was great. Better luck next time with another competition.

It was largely my fault. Was in a hurry and reserved it at wrong location and hertz couldn’t help us and ended up paying a much higher rate to rent again. Losing original rent fee. Lesson learned

Not sure whose fault it was, but the pick-up location for my rental closes at 12 on Saturday and with my pickup time being at 12 it caused a problem. If I had showed up a minute later I wouldn’t have been able to pick up the vehicle. Car was fine, a little musty but other than that it was ok.

I had reserved a Suburban or other large SUV and was given an Expedition. The gentleman that helped me at the service desk assured me the vehicle would be large enough. With 2 adults and 3 children in car seats along with our luggage it was a very tight fit to get everything into this vehicle. We made the best of the situation as I think they did the best they could with the volume of rentals they were processing. The return of the vehicle was very easy and I was given a reduction in price for the week at that time. The vehicle was also dirty when we received it. The inside had not been cleaned.

The reservation did not make it clear that the car was to be picked up in town instead of at the airpoort. Even though there was an Enterprise counter at the airport, I had to take an Uber with my luggage to the other location. The counter people at the airport were surly and not willing to address my problem. It was a waste of both time and money.

The people working there were great! Really went above and beyond! Unfortunately our flight was changed to a few hours later though and we ended up having to pay a full day's cost for the rental car and that didn't seem right.

Checking the car out from SRQ took over an hour. Reason for long lines? Short staff and same process for getting a car that Budget used in 1980’s . It should have been faster.

Flight cancellation resulted in different drop-off location and for return of the car on the same day- Dollar tried to charge us $375 to return the car to a nearby airport!!

Pickup was a bit slow, as it was Easter Sunday and the Dollar and Thrifty desks were closed, and I had to queue up at Hertz. Otherwise, the service was fine. The car was OK, but could have had more baggage space behind the third row of seats.
