Somehow, when shopping rental cars, your website thought I had chosen an Enterprise rental. I started getting confirmation emails for cars I did not select to rent! Had to stop what I was doing and phone Enterprise to cancel. I did not see anywhere on their confirmation emails to cancel! Now I am getting solication emails from Enterprise and survey emails from Kayak. Very annoying.

Bree is the new manager at the Roswell Enterprise location on Aloharetta Hwy. She called to ck on my rental experience and to make sure I’d had “no issues, whatsoever” w/my rental. Best thing? My refund for the damage deposit — required now by ALLLLL rental car companies — was returned to me w/in 72 hrs. of successfully returning my undamaged, filled-w/gas rental car! #Delighted

The pickup was a little dicey was we were told there wasn't a SUV but maybe in a couple of days. We were leaving early in the AM and so later days wasn't an option. They found a Subaru Outback - which we question if that is a SUV - but in the end did it really matter? It was that or a sedan. The car was well decked out but it didn't smell clean and based in the turnover from the previous renter I joked the seats were still warm. It was fine, and did the trick. But not sure the customer service on the front end was all that great. They could have suggested maybe getting the vehicle from another AVIS location but that wasn't even mentioned.

First of all I called to let them know I would be five minutes late because of traffic and no one would answer the phone second of all when I got there my GPS took me in the plaza where they were located but on the other side could not find them for 15 minutes had to call them again finally somebody answered the phone and then they proceeded to tell me that they did not have the car that I had ordered and that they could upgrade me for twice the amount of money that I originally was going to pay so I just canceled it very upset. In the past when I used this company (Hertz) If they did not have the car that I ordered on the lot they would upgrade me at no additional charge. Definitely not good customer service they should’ve at least called and said they did not have the car in stock that I requested or accommodated me. Big waste of time for me and To the person who was kind enough to drive me to this Hertz location.

the counter attendant did a poor job of explaining the insurance options, but when I returned the following day to question these options we reached a better understanding. All was agreed and the attendant was very accommodating. drop off was quick and easy

The rep (Jasmine) at the rental weeny above and beyond to keep updated on availability. I was getting my daughter out of the hospital and needed to make sure I had a car. Not only did she make it happen but she came in early so I could secure the car and drive back to NC. Jasmine made the experience and the Rating is due to her excellent customer service. What could be better is the Hertz policy. You can book a reservation, get a confirmation and arrive at the rental location but not have a car for a variety of reasons but that is unacceptable…. Period.

Jasmine was amazing from check-in to check-out. She was attentive, communicative, and just knew exactly what was going on. Any question I had she could answer. She contacted me directly afterwards to notify me about an extra charge that was going to appear at the bank (I forgot to fill the tank when I turned the vehicle in). But everything was clean and quick.
