Retuned car after they were closed, a few hours later than scheduled. They couldn’t have rented it to someone else anyway, my scheduled drop off time was their closing time. Still charged me for the whole next day. They don’t do the right thing by their customers. Greedy.

Like - Location was close by. Booking through Kayak was a breeze Could have been better - Better Budget customer service. They gave me a flat tire car. Even though I went back in and told them about it, I was told that was due to weather. Never took time to come and check the tire. They blamed it on bad sensor. Drove 3 miles and parked at place of accomodation. Flat tire the next day. Assistance and swapping took close to 4 hours. Almost missed flight back.

We received two faulty cars. The first was a breeze to exchange in Portland, ME. The second was incredibly dangerous and took us asking to speak with a a manager for our situation to be taken seriously and car of equal value to be provided. Overall we had a good experience.

New Haven CT airport is terrible. Rental car team was outstanding, the rental counter and area need to be upgraded, a lot.

The only difficulty I had was my secretary booked the car under my nickname Jack. My ID says my formal name John. They just didn't know the nickname for John is Jack and even though my photo ID's and passport have my picture and name John, it took them quite some time and I had to find a card that said Jack on it. Fortunately I had a Costco card with that name and my picture, or else I may have been in real trouble and seriously delayed. Lesson? use the name of my ID on all bookings

The vehicle was filthy seats, windows I wiped down the interior then had to clean the front windshield if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for a different car!
