The car itself was great and clean. There was nothing to complain about the car. My only problem was that when I booked the car online through Kayak, I specifically wanted an 8-seater car and I paid for that selection. Granted it said “8-seat car or something similar” but how is a 7-seater car similar to an 8-seater? It really made our trip difficult… Makes me not want to book through Kayak anymore; enterprise said they couldn’t see the number of seats requested and it only said luxury car.

For starters, I was given the wrong address in my email of where enterprise was! We arrived at a building with signs taped up that said “we moved” so our Uber driver was nice enough to take us further to the other location. And their customer service about that was horrible and all they said was “it’s correct when you google it” well, I wasn’t googling it, I was putting in the address that was given me to get our car! Then they wouldn’t take my credit card and my sister had to rent the car instead of me. Which means I also had to put up with her terrible driving In an unknown place the entire time because it was in her name. On top of that the rate we were charged didn’t make any sense and we were charged an entire day because of one hour because of their rating system! They said “no smoking no pets” but it was obvious the person in the car before us smoked and had pets! It smelled terrible and there was pet hair all over the seat.

Car was filthy inside & out when I picked it up. Picked up at Lakewood, WA location. Guy said they were almost finished vacuuming car. Car was never vacuumed; found toe nail clippings on drivers side, food crumbs all in the back and some kind of liquid stains/splatters all inside of doors. Never ever experienced this with any car rental ever. Drop off was smooth and went super fast!

it was large it was ready it was pretty clean it only had 35,000 miles on it i didn't like the crappy gas miles, ave: 14.9 MPG how empty it was- it was HUGE the i a HERTZ DONUT fan now~~~ the price was 212.00 for 5 days. Mahalo Sam
