Full gas tank rather than 3/4

Car provided was a new car, spacious, clean, full tank of gas, it was quick pick up and return.

I have not received any confirmation to my order. Pick up time was 6 P.M. I arrived there at 6.05. The offices were closed and no one was there to deliver a car. I did not pick the car. The insurance company billed me and sent me a confirmation immediately and the insurance policy so I had insurance but no car. I have tried to cancel the policy immediately on line but they required to upload the rental cancellation documents which I naturally didn't posses. So $33 lost no car and a total waste of time. Avis till this day have not bothered to contact me in any way to inquire what has happened. Basic customer service rules dictate that when a car has not been picked up you contact the customer and inquire about it and offer assistance if needed. Avis have not heard about it. I travel a lot and rent cars often. This was my first and last Avis experience. Needless to say I am not impressed with the insurance company either. They were quick enough to take my money online but made it impossible to cancel and be reimbursed once the trip time has passed even if no trip took place . They assume,and rightly so, that I would not bother to invest my time and energy for such a sum.

The manager is absolutely great guy to work with, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I didn’t really like anything. Pick up service was horrible. Two hour wait. They had no staff schedule to open the facility.

I never got a vehicle, none were available..

Staff was friendly and everything was quick and efficient. I was in and out within minutes at both pickup and drop off.

The experience was poor with the Badget company in Lodi, New Jersey, I was discriminated by the company when they asked me for my passport when I'm a US citizen living in PR and don't have to travel with my passport. The outcome of this matter was resulting in me being stranded on the highway, with no one to call and having to rent an Uber, and renting a car with another company, I have rented other times with Budget Rental Car and this had never happened to me so this is why I say I was discriminated, I suggest the company reviews there renting policies
