Great staff in Kalispell

Service was great. Staff was friendly, professional, and expedient with check in/out and shuttling to/from airport. Only complaint was average cost per day for vehicle, but pricing high for all vendors at the time of this rental.

Although Dollar was off airport, it was a quick shuttle ride. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service, perfect Subaru Outback and no issues what so ever. I would definitely use again.

Pick up was fast and easy.

Got off to a rough start as we had to wait for an hour and a half to get our car after we checked in. The attendant said that the car was being cleaned and should be ready in 15 minutes. She would call our name when it was ready. We, along with others, waited and waited. The attendant would disappear unless new customers were at the counter and another person would come out every so often and call a name. Our name was never called. Finally, after over an hour, I caught the attendant before she disappeared and told her we had been waiting a long time. She asked me my name and I gave it to her. She then looked and said, "Oh, you already picked up your car!" I said obviously, we hadn't. She said so and so called your name. I didn't argue. She couldn't figure out who had gotten "our" car, which she said was a Kia Soul, a lower model than what we reserved. Finally, she gave up and said "I will just have to give you the Buick Envoy," which turned out to be a little bit better for us than the sedan we had reserved. This was good since we were going to keep it for 16 days (and ended up driving 3500 miles). When we turned the car in, the amount billed was less than I expected. The receipt showed that they didn't start charging us until 3 days after we picked it up. I don't know why they did this (no explanation), but it made the initial hassle worth it in the end.

Wanted a Ford Edge, got a Toyota 4Runner that got 15-20mpg relatively a gas hog, only redemption was it has shift on the go was nice through Sequoia NP, and radar cruise control, was nice where traffic is light on esp 2 lane US hwy's.

Our rental was priced right and pick up was perfect. We were very satisfied with everything.

It was great but a bit expensive.

They had exactly the car they promised and was smooth process.

The shuttle was fast and efficient. We felt a bit like we had to deal a lot of upselling that made the pickup process longer than need be. However, we were grateful to receive the cars we reserved given the limited supplies across the U.S., and especially grateful to even get an upgrde on one of the vehicles.

We asked and paid for a full size car but didn’t get one. It was fine but pretty tight with our family and our luggage.

Easy process nice people. Still do not understand why all rental companies put 2 key fobs on a wire cable

Easy to return and pick up car. Friendly staff

My flight was canceled by the airline and rescheduled for the next day. I call the car rental company and offered to pay for the entire car rental at keep the original dates even though I was going to be one day late. Meaning I'd have the car for one day less. I was told they wouldn't keep my reservation since I couldn't claim the car within 15 hours of my original time/date reservation. To make it worse they had no other cars for me when I arrived the next day. Made my trip diffcult. Bad service. Wouldn't reccomend.

Grace and John at Kalispell gave excellent customer service. They were able to secure a car for me when I changed the date even though not a lot of cars were available because it was a holiday.
