Just two things to make note of: First, the person I dealt with during the drop-off was helpful and accommodating. However, during the pick-up, I understand that there are last-minute changes to vehicle types. But the interior of the mini-van was not that clean. There were still large grease spots, dirt and grime inside the vehicle, mostly in the front seating area. Other than that, hopefully, I'll rent from Hertz again as the other rental two weeks earlier at the airport provided a much cleaner vehicle.

I want to put through a complaint against Priceline as they canceled my insurance before my car pick up. Then when I went to pick up my car I had to pay extra CAd 279.92 for the insurance. I had a hit and run incident, which costed me an additional 728.11 with the access and admin fee. I would not recommend kayak or Priceline or ace to anybody due to poor customer support and negligence from the company and staff members over the phone. I spent 1718 over a 7 days rent. This can’t be normal and never happened to me before. I want someone to open an investigation and get back to me

While the mask mandates have been relaxed, I still expect service people to follow good hygiene protocols. The person behind the desk wiped his nose a few times with his hand and coughed into his hand. As he was handling my ID and the car keys this made me feel very uncomfortable.
