There is no comparison shopping here in Clermont, Florida 34711. And THAT has been established by Enterprise Rental several years ago. There are a couple other companies around town-I don’t even remember their names it’s irrelevant the only business they might have is run overflow cars to the airport and back. Enterprise has tremendous VALUE built into every reservation from start to finish. I have worked in the service industry for decades and developed Training Matrix and helped companies and managers strive for excellence and excel above competitors in Customer Service Management. I can confidently say that everyone the Enterprise team has impressed me but I always try to speak with Carissa or Eric. If they are not available I always get an immediate response from the General Manager Bobby. Bobby and Enterprise must have a Well Established Service Team devoted to continuous Training because These 2 young professionals have a wonderful demeanor, that makes me feel like family and ALWAYS GO ABOVE and Beyond to make sure that I am WELL taken care of every time and I may have taken a couple pages from their book. I’m actually surprised they Subbed some Rentals out to KAYAK at the Clermont location, they certainly DONT NEED the extra business but I really appreciated the discount Enterprise and KAYAK recommended for me. Thank You
