Cuando alquilé el coche por Internet, el precio total era 108,07 USD. Pero cuando devolví el coche me llegó una factura de 196 USD. aproximadamente. Aparte que el depósito de combustible no estaba completamente lleno cuando lo recibí. Tuve que esperar casi una hora para que me entreguen un coche, porque no tenían el tipo de Coche que yo quería.

Enterprise has an algorithm that allows cars to be "reserved" (including with "availability confirmed" by reservation agent); but when the customer arrives he finds himself "waitlisted" because there is no car available. This happened three times: one with an online reservation (through Kayak); one with a phone reservation with an Enterprise agent; and one at a separate location through an online reservation followed up by a phone call ... Called another agency ... picked up a less expensive car 1 hr later ... will not do business again with Enterprise

I requested to pick up a car from the airport location. Day of a Budget representative contacted me to notify they received my reservation, but did not have a car available to give me. I then called the general help line who altered my reservation to a different pickup location. When I arrived they informed me they were the ones that had contacted me originally. I then called the Budget office at the airport directly, where my original pickup was supposed to be scheduled for, and had them transfer my reservation to their location. This was an incredible inconvenience as we were visiting the city where the reservation was made and had to coordinate transportation multiple times to pickup the car. Additionally receiving notice the morning of added unnecessary stress to a vacation. I will definitely not be using your services for future reservations.

Really efficient pick-up process and friendly service. The cars weren't the most impeccably clean but clean enough. They had me sign on actual hard copy papers and I wish there was a way to do it all electronically so that I would have a soft copy.

When I arrived I was told that they do not honor same-day reservations. That they had cars available but I wasn't allowed to rent one because I had reserved that day. This is probably the dumbest policy I've ever heard of in my entire life and I'll never rent from a single thrifty again because of that.

When we arrived to pick up our reserved car, they had no cars available. We had to rent one for the "walk up rate" at another counter and paid twice as much. Thankfully the other company had a car for us because it was 9pm and we needed to get to our hotel in a town 1.5 hours away.

I’ve honestly never had a better car rental experience. Checking in was quick and easy; checking out/returning was smooth and efficient. The person who helped me with both rental and return was pleasant, courteous, and well prepared for my transaction. The car was spotless. Highly recommend using Hertz in the airport when traveling to Chatanooga.

They were closed!! Flight was delayed. Arrived at midnight. Got to desk at 12:05 and they were gone. Left aT midnight ancco to customer service by phone. Other companies were open and waiting for their customers with reservations. Very disappointed to say the least.

TERRIBLE! I RESERVED A MID SIZE SUV, AND HERTZ DID NOT HAVE A VEHICLE TO GIVE ME THAT FIT MY SIZE. ONLY SMALL CARS OR PICK UP TRUCKS. AND NO EFFORT BY DESK PEOPLE TO FIND A VEHICLE AT OTHER HERTZ NEARBY LOCATIONS. GRADE "F" FOR HERTZ!

Issue 1: $230 per day for a standard car. Issue 2: Nearly $1900 billed to my card a week later because that forgot to check it in when I returned it the next day. Issue 3: Their customer service HUNG UP ON ME because I refused to accept "It's still only pending. We can't do anything about the charge until it's taken out of your account."

Front camera sensor was dirty, so no radar ready cruise control, or lane something alert (car jumping into lane in front of me) and some other safety function. Didn't start notifications until I hit the freeway, was on deadline, couldn't return car, had to stop and look up the warning light that kept popping up and beeping, discovered it was a nonessential problem, had to endure whole trip (16 hours) with light constantly going off and beeping. An older car 60,000 miles. That said, brakes and acceleration were excellent, and seat was comfortable. But I figure no way the previous driver didn't notice the warning light constantly going off, and tell the maintenance staff. Perhaps that's not a good assumption, but I feel the car should have been better maintained.
