They didn't have the car I wanted available then I got there and they didn't accept my form of payment. Had to leave empty-handed then I got a charge on top of that.

I guess I lucked out because I reserved a mid-sized SUV but they only had a Hybrid Toyota Sienna that gets 36/36 mpg.. Since we were going to do a lot of driving this really saved me some serious money. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

We didn’t get to rent the car. I arrived to pick up the car, the agent started the process, asked for my debit/credit card and mi id. After a few moments she said I needed a credit card, proof of insurance and 2 utility bills before I could take the rental. That would mean I had to go home and locate said proof which has already put me more behind the time I was wanting to leave. I’ve rented from this office before and never had an issue. Why wasn’t I told to have this before?

The agent was on the phone when I dropped off the car and ignored me. One of the tires had a slow leak. I had to put air in the tire several times. I turned the car in two days early and I have not received any credit back on my bill

Everything with Hertz and the trip was great. I just didn't really like the Ford Ecosport as a car. Jumpy electric steering. Stupid rear hatch door. Steering wheel squeaks when turning, Drivers door rattled inside. AWD is unnecessary and eats up fuel mileage.

I had to wait a bit to pick up the car as there were 2 others ahead of me. I liked that the employee walked around the car and photo'd some scratches and small ding to windshield so they knew it wasn't me. Also, there was construction on the street which made entry and exit from the strip mall a little harder. Was better for the drop off. I returned the car a day early as I caught an earlier flight home. I received a credit on the rental fee.
