Wonderful|Mar 2022

Th vehicle should have been cleaner. There was cat hair on seats and in the trunk. The interior smelled of smoke, food crumbs on the floors and worst off was the dried spilled soda on the plastic by the gear shifter. Was not impressed, would have traded vehicles but was under time restraints.

Getting the car was fine. When we drove the car, it needed an alinement, the tire maintenance light came on, the oil maintenance light came on, and the tags expired in June. When I let them know what the issues were, the response they gave was a nonchalant “I know”. They were aware of all the issues and STILL rented the car out. I will never go back to them again, nor will I recommend. 0/10 stars.

Reserved a full size suv for vacation over month ago and when I got there all they had was mid size suv. Completely changed all my vacation plans. Their customer service at this location is embarrassing to Avis. I would recommend them to anyone.
