declined all extra coverages, but attendant reinserted it anyway (avis counter on behalf of payless). Car was great, but untrustworthy counter people so beware.

open for late pick up. staff nice. car itself was a disappointment. crank up windows, key to lock and unlock each door-passenger side door would not unlock with key. dirt on all seats. over all a cheap, meaning not good quality, car.

I filled the tank 5 miles out from the airport until the needle was way past full. Hertz charged me a $20 fee to "top off the tank". Said I needed to send a gas station receipt if I wanted to contest it but all I have is a line item on a credit card statement.
